Billing & Insurance

We participate with most local and many national insurance plans. However it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see, or the services you can receive.

If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.

COVID-19 Updates

We are again seeing our regularly scheduled patients, as well as scheduling new patients.  Due to the Governor’s requirement that businesses maintain 50% capacity we will continue to not allow any guests. Unfortunately this includes significant others and family.  We will continue to monitor the situation regarding COVID-19 and make changes to our policies regarding patient care as needed.  Please call us if you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment.
